Christian Latinos Achieving Success
Supporting and promoting the importance of education among our Christian Youth through Scholarships and Service!
These are our goals which are directed toward Christian Youth in their pursuit to of higher education:
- Providing scholarships to Hispanic/Latino Christian Youth graduating from Highschool
- Providing Support through Academic and Financial counseling
- Promoting the importance of a College Education, and Education in general
- Establishing and maintaining training programs for the disadvantaged youth
- Promoting the importance of the success and advancement of our Christian Youth, for themselves as well as the church and others
- Promoting the importance of being involved and having an impact in our community through service
Our History
The C.L.A.S. Scholarship Fund/Ministry, Inc. Is a U.S. non-profit organization with proof of 501 (c)(3) tax-exempt status.
The C.L.A.S. Scholarship Fund/Ministry, Inc. Was founded in 2005 by Jessica Ortega with the purpose of providing the Christian youth she worked with with Scholarships to assist in the cost of attending college. It is a young organization and one that continues to develop today with the help of our dear Lord. To date, a total of $3,000 in scholarships have been awarded and we will continue to work toward making that number grow even more as the years pass, with God's help and the help of our donors and supporters.
