Scholarship Information
The main purpose of this organization is to assist Christian Pentecostal Latino Youth with college expenses such as tuition or books, by providing them with a scholarship(s).
Scholarships will be provided to qualified high school graduates who will be attending college in the Fall following their year of graduation.
Individuals who are eligible for the scholarships will be:
Graduating High school students who are Latino/Hispanic, of the Christian Pentecostal Faith and are also members of a Christian Pentecostal Congregation. They must be accepted and enrolled in a college of their choice for the fall of the particular year in which the scholarship will be awarded.
Individuals will be selected on the following criteria:
- Prior academic performance
- Community Service/Involvement
- One Essay
- His or Her Christian Testimony
- Financial need
The deadline for applications for the 2007-2008 is July 12th 2008. Please contact Jessica Ortega via email if you would like an application. Applications will also be available at the June 14th Scholarship Service.
